In today’s rapidly evolving world, career landscapes are shifting at an unprecedented pace. You can expect to have multiple careers in one lifetime! Move from career transition to career health and resilience by understanding your personal brand, your personal career visions, and staying relevant and productive as a person and as a professional.
R3 is a three-part journey that sets on you the path to career health and resilience.
Course Objectives
At the end of the journey, participants should be able to:
- Evaluate yourself to ideate a personal vision, purpose and brand
- Manage stress effectively
- Enhance individual productivity for greater personal and professional awareness
- Build a personal brand for greater employability
Approach to Learning
Like our leadership learning programmes, R3 is designed to be engaging and interactive. The R3 journey involves blended learning, reflective practice, group discussions and feedback from peers and our career guidance practitioners.
There is no assessment for this journey. Instead, participants will be required to write and submit a copy of their individual career development plan for record keeping purposes.
The average career practitioner to participant ratio for the workshop is 1:15. The practitioner to participant ratio for the online career guidance sessions with the assigned career guidance practitioner is 1:1.

Any working professional who would like to take charge of their own career path for career resilience! It is also suitable for young professionals who are just starting their careers, mid-career professionals who would like to build career health, as well as anyone who is preparing for a career transition, job change or re-entry into the workforce. Job roles include executives, managers, senior executives and business or team leaders.
Minimium Requirement
This programme is conducted in English. Participants will need to have at least 5 GCE ‘O levels and a C6 for ‘O’ level English to get the most out of this programme.
