Course Overview
Effective leaders need to be able to lead their teams in conducting effective and realistic strategic planning. In this module, we explore strategic planning in detail. We also look at the ins and outs of corporate governance and compliance (a necessary evil but we make it fun and non-intimidating). Finally, your leadership arsenal would not be complete with an understanding of how to manage and resolve conflict and the 101s of really good negotiation. Learners will also receive a one hour complimentary coaching session.
