Course Overview
Do you help others learn, either in schools of all levels, as adults in corporate learning, or as a HR professional? Transactional Analysis (TA) is a great form of social psychology that equips you to help others learn more effectively. The Education field of TA focusses on using TA in a learning context. It looks at how individuals learn, how we teach, and the dynamics that can help or hinder us in a learning group.
The Transactional Analysis 101 for Educators (TAE101) is specifically designed for individuals who help others learn. Using the metaphor of stories, learners will use basic TA concepts to explore how they view learning, and how that
impacts the way they help others learn.
The TAE101 is the entry level qualification for formal TA training that is set within the Education frame. The curriculum is based on the international syllabus for TA101s. Participants will receive an internationally recognised TA101 from the International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA), which is a pre-requisite for any advanced TA training.
