Payment Policy for SeraphCorp Certificate in Coaching Modules
All registrations are secured on a first-come, first-served basis. Self-sponsored learners’ registration in a course is dependent on receipt of full payment. We accept payment by bank transfers, cheque and cash. All payment will be in Singapore Dollar (SGD).
Withdrawal Policy for SeraphCorp Certificate in Coaching modules
SeraphCorp’s withdrawal policy for training courses represents fair and reasonable consideration towards clients and learners while simultaneously protecting the training institute from financial loss. The terms and conditions for the withdrawal policy are communicated to the learners in the enrollment form. During enrollment, self-sponsored learners or the company’s authorised representative for company-sponsored learners must acknowledge the terms and conditions on the enrollment form, and email it back to SeraphCorp before the start of the course(s).
Withdrawal requests must be made in writing. No other mode of communication for withdrawal requests will be accepted. For company-sponsored learners, the withdrawal request must be written by the authorised representative of the company. Withdrawals must be made 5 working days before the course start date.
Registered participants who do not show up for the course will be considered as ‘Withdrawal without notice’ and SeraphCorp reserves the right to charge a penalty of 100% of the course fee.
SeraphCorp will invoice the penalty amount within 10 working days of the written notice of withdrawal.
For SCC Modules 2 to 6, the following withdrawal fees will apply.

For rescheduling or withdrawal from scheduled individual mentoring coaching sessions, the following fees will apply.

Refund Policy for SeraphCorp Certificate in Coaching modules
SeraphCorp’s refund policy for withdrawal and/or cancellation of training courses represents fair and reasonable consideration towards clients and learners while simultaneously protecting the training institute from financial loss. The terms and conditions for the refund policy are communicated to the learners in the enrollment form. During enrollment, self-sponsored learners or the company’s authorised representative for company-sponsored learners must acknowledge the terms and conditions on the enrollment form, and email it back to SeraphCorp before the start of the course(s).
There will be no carry-forward of unused course fees for any of SeraphCorp’s course modules. There will be no refund of course fees if course materials have been collected (physical or online materials).
Refunds will be made within 10 working days from the date of the approved refund letter.
Course fees paid to SeraphCorp are refundable based on the following conditions:
